TRUE FOODS is a brand operated by DRRK Foods Pvt. Ltd.(registered office: Unit-602, Capital Business Park, Tower-B, 6th Floor, Sohna Road, Sector-48, Gurugram 122018, Haryana). By using this website or signing up for the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
2. Pre-launch nature
TRUE FOODS is in pre-launch. The waitlist is an expression of interest and does not constitute a contract for sale. Joining the waitlist places no obligation on you to purchase, and no obligation on us to deliver the product to you. Pricing, availability and launch geography are subject to change.
3. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep claims (protein content, cooking time, ingredients, certifications) accurate. Final product packaging is the source of truth at point of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to scrape, attack or interfere with our systems; don't submit false personal data; don't infringe our brand marks.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, illustrations, packaging mockups, videos, and the TRUE FOODS marks — belongs to TRUE FOODS and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TRUE FOODS is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this pre-launch site, including but not limited to inability to reach the site, loss of data, or delay in launch.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
